Blocks of 4 x Health & Wellness Coaching Sessions via Zoom or Telephone.

We offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory phone call, with no obligation, to help you determine whether health coaching is the right fit for you. If you choose to proceed, we begin with an initial commitment of four sessions designed to set you up for success on your improvement journey. 

Following this, we can offer more session blocks or you can pay as you go for each 45 minute session. 



Corporate Face to Face Holistic Wellness Sessions

Our professional & friendly team offer bespoke, face to face holistic wellness/taster sessions at your place of work from £250 an hour for up to 12 attendees (plus travel expenses). These can include introduction sessions/discussions on: Stress Reduction, Meditation, Mindfulness, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Chakra Balancing, Nutrition, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Healing, Facial Reflexology, Yoga and the benefits of utilising a Personal Trainer.
